Co-Sponsorship Request Form - Spring 2025

The mission of the Asian Student Council (ASC) is to unite, represent, and support Asian Pacific Islander Desi American (APIDA) student organizations of Rutgers University—New Brunswick. As the official governing body of all APIDA student organizations and liaison between all APIDA-identified students and the greater Rutgers administration, ASC works to foster greater collaboration and unity within the community.

— ASC achieves this through co-sponsoring its Chartered Organizations’ events. All co-sponsorships provide:

attendance by 3+ ASC members
additional marketing/publicity
additional event funding for organizations part of the Monetary Tier (Tier 1 & Tier 2)

— Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance. If certain event information is not confirmed until closer to the event, we still encourage you to fill out this form. Please write N/A when needed, and we will work with your organization once the co-sponsorship request is approved.

— Organizations must include ASC’s logo on all event promotional material (graphics, Instagram posts and stories, flyers, etc.). Failure to do so will result in a strike. Download our logo here.
* For organizations in the Monetary Tier (1 & 2): additional event funding will not be dispersed until we receive all event promotional materials with ASC's logo.

This only pertains to the Monetary Tier. If your organization is Non-Monetary, please type N/A.

For Monetary Tier Organizations: Your organization is limited to requesting $300 for Tier 1 organizations and $200 for Tier 2 organizations for the entirety of the semester.
