About
The PCRF shall aim to raise awareness of the unique and complex problems facing children living in the Middle East. We will work to address these issues through donations and fundraising events. We remain a non-political and non-religious organization dedicated to healing the wounds of war and struggle in the region. This organization shall promote dialogue about these humanitarian issues and introduce a concrete manner to engage the Rutgers community in volunteer work and humanitarian aid. All funds raised by this chapter will be allocated to the national chapter of the PCRF. These funds will be used to locate and treat children from the Middle East who need local medical care that they would be unable to receive in the current situation that they are in. This organization will work with local doctors and hospitals in the region to find host families for children seeking treatment and medical care.
